Together with Pero Consulting Group, LLC., I identified the effects of a significant policy change through stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and a literary research. Additionally, using historic enrollment data, we developed a forecasting model for predicting future enrollment in a state and federally funded program, such that it could be leveraged to better inform policy decision-making.
