Remote Patient Monitoring Program (NDA, Health Analytics Solutions Firm, LLC.) 2013 – 2019
- Designed and evaluated a clinical remote patient monitoring (RPM) study with several hundred participants. Researched monitoring devices, vendors, protocols, and implementation strategies. Analyzed cost and utilization claims data, patient engagement, and satisfaction.
- Crafted visually meaningful data figures and presented findings to the clinical and executive teams.
- Produced manuscript outlining study design, assessment methodology, and results.
- The RPM pilot study resulted in slowed disease progression, a 45% net reduction in acute hospital admissions, savings of $8,375 per participant per year, and 96% patient satisfaction. The RPM program most recently yielded a 60% reduction in cost, a 74% net reduction in hospital admissions, and a 75% net reduction in readmissions.
Policy Impacts and Forecasting Model Development (Pero Consulting Group, LLC.) 2018
- Identified, with colleague, the effects of a significant policy change through stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and literary research to develop a forecasting model for predicting future enrollment in a state-funded program.

- Examined the molecular processes involved in breast cancer progression and metastasis. Investigated the mechanisms by which Matrix Metalloproteinase-1 and CXCR4 facilitate breast cancer invasion and metastasis by employing a broad range of biochemical protocols and assays.
