In collaboration with Pero Group Consulting, LLC., a survey was developed, pertinent resources researched, and a report produced to record the established and projected health information technology (HIT) and health information exchange (HIE) landscape among healthcare providers in the state of New Hampshire. The specific objective of this assignment was to support planning needs, including a DSRIP Waiver, State Innovation Models Initiative (SIM) and regulatory reporting requirements from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). To this end, we met with numerous statewide organizations, conducted an internet survey of providers statewide, and analyzed the data to inform a written report with findings.
